Overview of Customer Contract Administration at Cardinal Health
The Sales Administration/Operations team is critical in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the sales organization to meet its strategic goals. Key functions include improving productivity with sales tools, managing customer contracts, and analyzing business metrics.
The Customer Contract Administration team specializes in responding to RFIs and RFPs and coordinating the management of customer contract terms across different departments to ensure optimal contract value.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire process of receiving, developing, and submitting distribution RFPs.
Assist in early renewal and tailored competitive bidding processes.
Collaborate closely with marketing and various internal stakeholders to effectively interpret RFP requirements and craft engaging responses.
Compile and coordinate inputs from key participants, subject matter experts, and technical specialists.
Work in partnership with marketing to enhance all customer-facing communications.
Ensure accountability within the organization to meet critical milestones.
Consolidate responses, review contributions, and prepare the final drafts and necessary attachments for submission.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, operations, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Previous coordination of RFP management is preferred.
Experience with proposal compilation and coordination is preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are essential.
Ability to gather input, hold business partners accountable for deadlines, offer recommendations, and follow through to ensure timely solutions.
Capacity for teamwork while managing projects effectively.
Independent working style with minimal supervision, ability to handle conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
Motivation and initiative to drive continuous improvements in the RFP process.
Expectations for This Level Utilize advanced knowledge to manage diverse projects effectively.
Help develop policies and procedures aimed at specific objectives.
Suggest new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
Manage or lead complex projects with substantial scope.

Expected Salary Range:
$105,100 - $125,000 Bonus Eligibility:
