Commercial Construction Superintendent

Commercial Construction Superintendent Pay: $95k - $115k DOE | Plus Full benefits Responsibilities: Hold weekly sub meetings, coordinate between sub's for production schedule. Manage daily operations on site, to include conducting sub meetings, scheduling and safety Handle overall project production Manage project schedules to deliver project on time Determine needed resources (necessary manpower, equipment, and materials) Monitor the progress of construction activities on a regular basis to ensure the plan is following the established timeline Work with Project Managers to consistently produce clear, thorough, and accurate Scopes of Work Update status reports and other project-related documents Adhere to safety and OSHA guidelines QUALIFICATIONS: 7 to 10 years of experience as Commercial Construction Superintendent Must have OSHA 30 High School or equivalent Proficient with computer programs including, Word, and Excel In-depth understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and personal organization Some travel required Must pass Federal Background Check Must have verifiable references Valid driver's license required Must be authorized to work in the United States What we offer: Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Short-term disability insurance All employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses and work gloves.
