Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Protect revenue and ensure customer satisfaction by acting as an advocate for accounts and resolving issues proactively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution and articulate value to clients
Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a supportive and innovative environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
