Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by pursuing and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory

Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction

Maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale and execute quarterly business reviews

Stay current with the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value

Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, preferably in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change

Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
