What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue growth and meet business targets through new sales opportunities in the public utilities sector

Advocate for customer accounts and proactively resolve issues to ensure satisfaction

Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers

Maintain expertise in CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, particularly in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
