Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory Protect and expand customer relationships by acting as an advocate for accounts and proactively resolving issues Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving CIS/ERP solutions to provide front-line issue resolution Contribute to a positive corporate culture and collaborate with team members to improve customer experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
