What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a positive corporate culture
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
