Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
Advocate for customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to effectively communicate value to clients
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive corporate culture and community engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
