What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
Execute quarterly business reviews and engage with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account
Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
