Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory

Maintain and protect customer relationships by acting as an advocate and resolving issues proactively

Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account

Stay informed about evolving CIS/ERP solutions to provide front-line issue resolution

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and foster a supportive work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred

3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change

Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
