What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory

Act as an advocate for accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients

Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a supportive environment

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred

3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
