Job Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for accounts by proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer success
Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at aligned accounts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
Contribute to a positive corporate culture and collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Ability to travel as required (up to 30%)
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
