Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and proactively resolving issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
Conduct quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at aligned accounts
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a supportive environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
