What to Expect Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and meet business targets through value-based initiatives and new sales opportunities
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution and articulate value to clients
Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction
Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
