What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth to meet business targets by pursuing and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction with solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide front-line issue resolution
Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at aligned accounts
Contribute to a positive corporate culture and collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
