Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territories Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution Conduct quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders to maintain strong customer relationships Stay current with industry trends and Cayenta’s evolving solutions to provide effective issue resolution Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and foster a positive corporate culture Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
