Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territories Protect revenue and ensure customer success through proactive account advocacy and issue resolution Execute quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide front-line issue resolution and articulate value to clients Contribute to a positive corporate culture and collaborate with team members to improve customer experience Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
