What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Protect revenue and ensure customer success by acting as an advocate for accounts and proactively resolving issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients
Execute quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster a supportive work environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
