Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders at director and executive levels within customer organizations Participate in industry conferences and professional organizations to expand market knowledge Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications
