Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
Act as an advocate for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
Conduct quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
Maintain current knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution and articulate value to clients
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and foster an innovative environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
