Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory Protect revenue and ensure customer success by proactively resolving issues and executing quarterly business reviews Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s evolving CIS/ERP solutions for issue resolution and client value articulation Establish and nurture relationships within customer organizations, especially at director and executive levels Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to improve customer experience What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
