Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through business development and account advocacy, ensuring customer success

Identify and close new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Execute quarterly business reviews and maintain ongoing customer engagement post-sale

Provide front-line issue resolution and articulate the value of solutions to clients

Contribute to a positive corporate culture by fostering community and collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred

3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
