Drive revenue growth through industry value-based initiatives and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory Act as an advocate for customer accounts, proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and adoption of solutions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide issue resolution and articulate value to clients Execute quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts to foster strong customer relationships Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to improve customer experience What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills How to Stand Out
