Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Protect and expand customer relationships by acting as an advocate for accounts and proactively resolving issues.

Execute quarterly business reviews with multiple stakeholders at each aligned account.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions for effective issue resolution and client engagement.

Contribute to the corporate culture by collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.

3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles.

Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology.

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting.

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to adapt to change.

Integrity and personal accountability with a collaborative mindset.
