Role Summary

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The role requires deep understanding of account-based selling, the ability to build and maintain strong office relationships, and collaboration across functions to support cross-functional initiatives. Successful candidates will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations while managing territory resources and aligning goals with organizational targets. Responsibilities

Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts at all levels, identifying needs and taking appropriate action Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product and patient education Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their needs and drive sales targets Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds Address external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams to drive cohesive sales strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse expertise and achieve shared objectives Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the geographical assignment Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines Achieve all sales performance goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the geographical assignment Qualifications

Education/Certification/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field Experience: At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred Skills

Proven record of accomplishments in the market toward meeting objectives Interpersonal skills including active listening, empathy, open communication, inclusivity, and openness to feedback Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to interact with HCPs in person and virtually, and proficiency with technology Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred New product launch experience preferred Broad therapeutic area experience, especially in relevant areas Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related field Additional Requirements

Travel: Regular travel, may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel Territory boundaries: North - Huntsville; South - Spring; East - Lake Charles; West - Cypress/ College Station (boundaries subject to change)
