Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about our services and assist clients with their real estate needs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible service
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets
Handle customer complaints and elevate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
