Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
Provide information about our properties, services, and policies to customers
Assist customers with the application process, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Continuously stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
Promote and maintain a positive image of the company at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or property management setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
