Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, and will require occasional weekend and evening availability.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients with our agents
Assist with the preparation of documents and contracts for clients
Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our clients
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer service experience for our clients
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
