High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Real‑estate knowledge or experience is a plus Benefits
