Collaborate with senior leadership to align training programs with organizational objectives Develop and deliver sales training programs focused on oncology products for both new hires and existing team members Organize and facilitate continuing education programs to ensure comprehensive product and market knowledge Assess learning gaps and design targeted programs to enhance team effectiveness Manage and utilize the learning management system (LMS) for training initiatives What is Required
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field 5+ years of sales or commercial experience 3+ years of experience in oncology or other specialty healthcare areas Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
