About the Role: The agency is seeking a personable and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join their growing team. This role involves managing a personal lines book of business consisting of home, auto, and umbrella policies for loyal, long-term clients. You will be the main point of contact for policy servicing, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) Handle renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and client communications Prepare proposals and assist with remarketing as needed Provide high-level customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and excellent client experience Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of personal lines account management experience in an agency environment P&C license required Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Positive, team-oriented, and client-focused personality Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $65,000 (commensurate with experience) Year-end bonus potential 12 paid holidays + 18 days of PTO Hybrid work flexibility Medical benefits partially paid for the individual Life and disability insurance provided 401(k) with employer contribution after 1 year
