Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client who is seeking an experienced
Senior Non-Profit Recruiter
on a CONTRACT basis. This position is fully REMOTE, but only candidates in the Southeast will be considered. Responsibilities
Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline Develop sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with leadership team Input accurate information in the ATS and ensure compliance Identify process improvements Represent the company’s values and mission to candidates Requirements
Must have a minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in non-profit or mission-driven organizations Must be able to recruit for soft skills as well as specific job requirements Must be able to work 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time Must possess strong time management and organizational skills Must have strong sourcing skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS programs EEO Notice

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range, where disclosed by local law, is noted in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
