The Technology Alliance Lead is a key technical leader, playing a vital role in building and nurturing Cribl's partner ecosystem. Their expertise in understanding partner needs, developing integrations, and enabling internal and external stakeholders is essential for driving mutual success and innovation. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... The Alliance Leads responsibilities encompass a full lifecycle approach to partner engagement, spanning assessment, collaboration, integration, development, and enablement. These key areas are detailed below: Understanding Partner Technical Requirements Relating Partner Requirements to the Cribl Portfolio Integration and Development Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams Field Enablement and Training Content and Enablement Material Development If You've Got It - We Want It 5 years in a technical role within enterprise software, cloud, or a related technology field, with at least 2 years focused on technology partnerships, alliances, or solutions architecture. Deep understanding of data observability, log management, security analytics, or related fields. Demonstrable working knowledge of major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven ability to design, develop, and validate technical integrations between disparate systems. Experience with API integration, scripting (e.g., Python, Go), and source control (e.g., Git). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. BONUS POINTS: Completion of the Cribl User course on Cribl University, or completion of advanced Cribl University courses (e.g., Cribl Stream Fundamentals, Cribl Search). Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer). CISSP, Solutions Architect (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or similar relevant credentials. Prior experience presenting technical topics at industry conferences, workshops, or webinars. Direct involvement in developing technical training materials, documentation, and field enablement content for internal or partner teams. Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on partner requirements. Salary Range ($97,000 - $181,700) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
