You will be responsible for originating, advancing, and closing complex, high-value deals with buy-side and sell-side institutions./ppYou will operate with significant autonomy, minimal hand-holding, and direct responsibility for results. Success in this role is defined by consistent new logo wins, deal quality, and sustained quota performance./ppThis role is for AEs who want ownership, accountability, and material upsidenot order-taking./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliOwn the full new business lifecycle from cold prospecting to close, with no reliance on inbound demand/liliBuild and maintain a deep, active pipeline across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and trading desks/liliRun executive-level discovery and position Kpler as a mission-critical data platform, not a nice-to-have/liliLead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and technical buyers/liliForecast with precision and manage pipeline with rigor and transparency/liliConsistently perform at or above quota while raising the commercial bar across the team/liliPartner closely with product, analysts, and leadership to influence roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy/li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/pulli5+ years of proven success in a new-logo Account Executive role selling SaaS, DaaS, or analytics solutions to the financial services across North America/liliDemonstrated track record of exceeding quota in competitive, complex sales environments/liliDirect experience selling into buy-side and/or sell-side financial institutions/liliStrong outbound motioncomfortable creating pipeline from scratch and winning without brand dependency/liliExceptional commercial judgment: knows when to push, when to walk, and how to control a deal/liliHighly disciplined, self-directed, and resilient under pressure/liliExecutive presence with the ability to challenge prospects and sell value, not features/liliCompetitive by nature, motivated by growth, impact, and earning potential/li/ulpSalary range: 130K - 150K base + uncapped attractive commission scheme/ppCandidates should be located in New York or the surrounding area.
