Its about providing clarity and hope./ppThe Precision Oncology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the oncology specialized testing market. Precision Oncology Account Executive focuses on creating awareness, driving adoption, building complex molecular pathways, and generating demand and volume for Quests precision oncology portfolio in community oncology and academic cancer centers. The Precision Oncology Account Executive works in close cooperation with oncology clinical, pathology and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model./ppThis is a field-based sales role./ph3Responsibilities/h3pDrive adoption and volume in assigned territory through new account activation and up-selling of existing oncology accounts./ppTargets and closes new precision oncology testing prospects in community oncology and academic cancer centers by maintaining a healthy pipeline./ppBuilds consensus on complex molecular pathways with multi-disciplinary HCPs./ppBuilds workflows and clinical pathways for oncology centers and integrate into molecular EMR./ppCollaborates with client, medical, EMR teams, and customer experience teams to gain consensus with clients for precision oncology workflows./ppStrategic account management in community oncology and health systems./ppOncology thought leader development in assigned territory./ppDevelops and executes a plan for clinical workflow adoption and implementation with clients./ppResponsible for working directly with clinical, pathology, and health systems assigned Account Executives in the assigned region./ppCollaborate with medical affairs, operations, customer experience, IT, and billing teams./ppSecure meetings and in-services with physician and account targets./ppProvide subject matter expertise for precision oncology specialty testing./ppMaintain and pursue knowledge in precision oncology specialty testing./ppAttend national and regional oncology educational meetings to engage with physicians and create awareness./ppIdentify ways to strategically manage account depth and breadth for precision oncology testing adoption./ppPrepare and present proposals and bids./ppEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations./ppComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly./ph3Qualifications/h3pRequired Work Experience:/ppPrior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships in complex customer models; health systems, academic cancer centers, and community large oncology groups./ppMinimum of five (5) years of strategic account management with either health systems or multi physician large groups./pp3+ years oncology biotech/lab/pathology/diagnostics sales or account management with new product launch experience./ppExperience securing new product or therapy adoption with formulary or committee approval./ppHistory of award-winning sales and/or account management experience./ppPrefer sales experience in molecular oncology testing or biopharma therapy with companion diagnostics./ppNew product formulary or product committee closing experience./ppKnowledge and skills:/ppKnowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business/ppEducation:/ppBachelors Degree Required/pp#LI-LC1/ph3About the Team/h3pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
