Its about providing clarity and hope./ppThe Precision Oncology Account Executive is responsible for closing new business in the oncology specialized testing market. Precision Oncology Account Executive focuses on creating awareness, driving adoption, building complex molecular pathways, and generating demand and volume for Quests precision oncology portfolio in community oncology and academic cancer centers. The Precision Oncology Account Executive works in close cooperation with oncology clinical, pathology, and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model./ppThis is a field-based sales role./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive adoption and volume in assigned territory through new account activation and up-selling of existing oncology accounts./liliTargets and closes new precision oncology testing prospects in community oncology and academic cancer centers by maintaining a healthy pipeline./liliBuilds consensus on complex molecular pathways with multi-disciplinary HCPs./liliBuilds workflows and clinical pathways for oncology centers and integrate into molecular EMR./liliCollaborates with client, medical, EMR teams, and customer experience teams to gain consensus with clients for precision oncology workflows./liliStrategic account management in community oncology and health systems./liliOncology thought leader development in assigned territory./liliDevelops and executes a plan for clinical workflow adoption and implementation with clients./liliResponsible for working directly with clinical, pathology, and health systems assigned Account Executives in the assigned region./liliCollaborate with medical affairs, operations, customer experience, IT, and billing teams./liliSecure meetings and in-services with physician and account targets./liliProvide subject matter expertise for precision oncology specialty testing./liliMaintain and pursue knowledge in precision oncology specialty testing./liliAttend national and regional oncology educational meetings to engage with physicians and create awareness./liliIdentify ways to strategically manage account depth and breadth for precision oncology testing adoption./liliPrepare and present proposals and bids./liliEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations./liliComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Work Experience:/strong/pulliPrior responsibility for closing new business and expanding existing relationships in complex customer models; health systems, academic cancer centers, and community large oncology groups./liliMinimum of five (5) years of strategic account management with either health systems or multi physician large groups./lili3+ years oncology biotech/lab/pathology/diagnostics sales or account management with new product launch experience./liliExperience securing new product or therapy adoption with formulary or committee approval./liliHistory of award-winning sales and/or account management experience./liliPrefer sales experience in molecular oncology testing or biopharma therapy with companion diagnostics./liliNew product formulary or product committee closing experience./li/ulpstrongKnowledge and skills:/strong/pulliKnowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business/li/ulpstrongBachelors Degree Required/strong/ph3About the Team/h3pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
