Role Requirements
- 4–8 years in mobile + full-stack engineering (React Native focus)
- Previous experience as Founder or CTO at a venture-backed startup
- Experience building and shipping 0→1 products in early-stage startups (Series A–C)
- Managed engineering teams in fast-paced environments (startup or Big Tech)
- Mission-driven or personally connected to therapeutic or health-driven work
- Bonus: Experience with wearables, sensor data, or biometric devices
- Bonus: Digital health, biofeedback, or machine learning experience
- Bonus: Built automated QA systems for mobile apps
