Account Executive (SMB)

to join our team in Clearwater. In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within the Small and Medium Business segment (25-500 employees). Compensation:

$100,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Commission Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:

Promote and sell our full range of cybersecurity products and services to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. Business Development:

Identify and close net-new customers in your assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting. Account Management:

Manage relationships with current prospects and reactivate "dark" (lapsed) customer accounts. Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new business prospects that result in successful client relationships. Value Proposition:

Articulate the value of our platform to key decision-makers, helping them understand how to improve their organization\u2019s security awareness and overall posture. Strategic Negotiation:

Act strategically when negotiating pricing in line with company policies to secure win-win outcomes. CRM Hygiene:

Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions (calls, emails, demos, tasks) in Salesforce. Collaboration:

Participate in trade shows as requested and back up team members when they are out of the office. Performance Metrics

Consistent achievement of monthly sales quotas. High volume of outbound activity, including cold calls, product demonstrations, and lead cycle management. Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

1–3 years of experience selling software (SaaS) to Small and Medium Enterprises (SME/SMB) is highly preferred. Education:

Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security field. Certifications:

Network+ or Security+ certifications are a significant plus. Tools:

Experience using Salesforce and Gmail for business productivity. Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaborative and teamwork mindset. Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision. Work Schedule
