What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials, including articles, emails, and presentations to ensure alignment with core product positioning
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, gathering inputs to create clear marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials and playbooks to support sales teams
Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries, recommending optimizations based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in business insurance or property and casualty
Strong ability to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience with data collection and analysis to support decision-making
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
