Our client a fast-growing ultra-high-net-worth wealth management team is looking for a marketing professional with 5+ years experience who can build and run a complete marketing engine—not just content, but real growth.
Responsibilities Lead Generation & Growth
Design and execute a consistent marketing program that drives qualified inbound conversations
Manage a marketing calendar across campaigns, content, and events
Build a measurable pipeline of HNW prospects (executives, founders, liquidity events)
Referral & COI Programs
Formalize and scale referrals from:
Existing clients
CPAs
Private equity & VC networks
Executive comp & corporate networks
Create “easy-to-refer” messaging and client shareables
Events (4 per year)
Own end-to-end strategy and execution:
Themes, topics, and positioning
Guest list strategy and invitations
Pre-event outreach and post-event follow-ups
Social & Thought Leadership
Turn advisor insights into high-quality posts, POVs, and frameworks
Build credibility with UHNW prospects
Accountability & Execution
Drive weekly marketing execution with advisors:
Outbound activity
Follow-ups
Client referral asks
Maintain shared scorecards, reminders, and processes
Compliance Discipline
Ensure all content, messaging, and events meet institutional compliance standards
Coordinate approvals and archiving
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
A marketing system running weekly—without chaos
4 high-quality events with strong attendance
Increased COI activity and warm introductions
Measurable lift in inbound conversations and qualified prospects
Advisors consistently executing a repeatable marketing routine
More new clients
Requirements
5+ years of marketing or growth experience
Experience building systems (not just posting content)
Comfortable operating in regulated environments
NYC-based and willing to be
