Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding questions, issues, and requests related to company products and services
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide introductory and ongoing product information, including explanations of product manuals and service features
Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate concerns, and determine appropriate resolutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with products or services received
Access, review, and update customer account information using internal databases
Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit customers
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Required Experience
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of Customer Service experience
Strong reliability with the ability to maintain consistent attendance
Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this role)
