Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service professional with strong logistics and order fulfillment experience, skilled in managing client accounts, tracking orders, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who bridges communication between clients, operations, inventory, and billing teams to deliver efficient, on-time results and exceptional service. This is an associate to hire opportunity for a company in Lenexa, KS. Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for assigned clients - Manage and track client orders from initiation through final delivery - Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or service issues - Provide clear, timely communication regarding order status and resolutions - Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for all services - Collaborate with operations, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth workflows - Identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency Requirements

- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday - Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, phone, and other office equipment - Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email - Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds, as needed - Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment with varying temperatures and noise levels - Visual and auditory ability to monitor orders, systems, and communications accurately - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented, even in high-pressure situations - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
