We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service professional with strong logistics and order fulfillment experience, skilled in managing client accounts, tracking orders, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who bridges communication between clients, operations, inventory, and billing teams to deliver efficient, on-time results and exceptional service. This is an associate to hire opportunity for a company in Lenexa, KS. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the primary point of contact and internal advocate for assigned clients Manage and track client orders from initiation through final delivery Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or service issues Provide clear, timely communication regarding order status and resolutions Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing for all services Collaborate with operations, inventory, and billing teams to ensure smooth workflows Identify opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency Customer Service Representative Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, phone, and other office equipment Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds, as needed Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Visual and auditory ability to monitor orders, systems, and communications accurately Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, even in high-pressure situations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and technologies Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus
