Overview
This is a leadership role designed to drive a high-impact transformation within the HRIS organization. The Director of HR Technology will oversee the preparedness for our upcoming Oracle transformation and evolve the HR Technology function into an agile, change-ready team that drives innovation and operational excellence. This role will be pivotal in preparing enterprise-level HR technology initiatives, including an Oracle HCM implementation, optimizing UKG Workforce Management, and evolving offshore support strategies. The ideal candidate will partner closely with IT, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Oversee preparedness for Oracle transformation and evolve the HR Technology function into an agile, change-ready team. Lead enterprise-level HR technology initiatives, including an Oracle HCM implementation and optimization of UKG Workforce Management. Evolve offshore support strategies and partner with IT, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and enhance user experience. Required Skills
Has built HRIS teams from the ground up through capability development, process optimizations, performance management, agile methodology, and standard practices. Has undergone an HCM implementation from start to finish, evolving the HR technology team to support the new system. Partnership with IT experience a plus as it relates to balancing R&R across the HR Tech Stack. Overseen technology optimizations, managing various components of the project from an HRIS perspective and lens. Vendor management experience, supporting contractors, consulting agencies/firms, and managing contracts. Experience leading teams with UKG Pro Core, UKG Workforce Management, and Oracle. Compensation
Pay Rate: $60-$75/hr W2 Notes
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
