with strong experience in the
construction industry . This role oversees all core HR functions—including compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, HR policy, and organizational development. Payroll duties are not included. As a key member of our leadership team, you will ensure our people strategies support a high‑performance, safety-focused, project-driven environment. Lead HR strategy
to support field operations, workforce planning, and company culture. Oversee employee relations , including coaching leaders, handling investigations, and ensuring consistent policy application. Manage recruiting and onboarding
for office roles to ensure timely, high-quality hires. Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as construction‑specific workforce requirements. Support performance management , including reviews, corrective actions, and development plans. xsgimln Manage benefits administration , leave programs, HR documentation, and HR systems (excluding payroll).
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
