Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers.
Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers.
Separate art provided by customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval
Manage customer requests, including changes to art.
Perform incoming graphic file inspections.
Read and understand production order material and finished product requirements.
Understand the product flow through production departments.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred.
Have an understanding of artwork and Flexo Printing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detailed-oriented with a high level of organization.
Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time
Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) are a plus
Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) are a plus
Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
Ability to use both Mac / PC
