Customer Service Representative
to join our client's team near
King of Prussia, PA . This is a
6-month hybrid contract
position (2-3 days onsite per week). The Customer Service Representative I will manage high volumes of inbound customer calls, assist with account inquiries, and support key financial service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
of the
Customer Service Representative: • Handle approximately 50-60 inbound customer calls daily • Assist customers with payments, account updates, and general inquiries • Enroll customers in direct debit and email invoicing programs • Maintain and support vendor and lessee relationships • Process address changes, lease documentation, and fee waiver requests • Conduct account audits and reconciliations • Handle insurance cancellations, tax requests, and lease assignment requests • Fulfill credit reference requests and support external vendor needs
Qualifications
of the
Customer Service Representative: Required: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years of customer service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Local to Wayne, PA or Des Moines, IA (within 50 miles) • Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week on a hybrid schedule
Preferred: • Previous call center experience • Background in financial services or leasing industry • Some college coursework or degree
Compensation:
$19-21.50/hour Pay is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
