team open houses

Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (required)
Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Driven, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth
Organized with excellent time management skills
Strong negotiation, networking, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
