As a
Customer Service Representative , you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all interactions.
What you\'ll do
Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, chat, and email
with professionalism and enthusiasm
Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
What we\'re looking for
Danish (C1)
written and spoken
English (B2)
level
Minimum
1 year of experience
in customer service or a call-center environment
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset

Base Salary:
€1,500 ×

Complexity Bonus:

Position Bonus (Braga):
