This full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager position is based in Detroit, MI. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients to contribute to the growth of hotel occupancy and revenue. Key responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and maintain a strong brand reputation. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to achieve sales targets Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel sales is highly desirable Team collaboration and leadership abilities A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field Proficient in relevant software and CRM tools Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
